Emo-Jinn Terms of Use

Use Emo-Jinn only if you are at least 18 years old. Do not upload images or personal data relating to anyone under 18. Upload only material you own or have permission to process, including permission from every adult in a photo.

Safe use

Do not request sexual content, child exploitation, nonconsensual intimate images, undressing or sexual deepfakes, graphic violence, hate or extremist material, self-harm encouragement, abusive impersonation, fraud or illegal activity. Safety filters may refuse requests. Use Report image inside the app for unsafe outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing works. Review them before sharing and respect others' privacy and intellectual property. Emo-Jinn is not affiliated with Apple or WhatsApp.

Subscriptions

Emo-Jinn Premium is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription where available. The store-confirmed localized price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Premium provides the benefits described on the purchase screen during the paid period. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the store (Apple: at least 24 hours before the period ends). No trial is promised unless the store purchase sheet explicitly offers one. Manage or cancel through your store's subscription settings. Restore Purchases reconnects eligible purchases. Deleting an app or account does not cancel billing. Refunds are handled by the applicable store and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Service and your data

Free usage limits are shown in the app. Generation requires a network connection and provider availability. We do not guarantee every request succeeds or that AI outputs are suitable for a particular purpose. See the Privacy Policy for AI providers and data retention. You can delete your account at any time.
